Overview
When BMW elected to revive the retired 8-series moniker the world awaited it with bated breath, when the M8 (F91/F92/F93) landed a collective sigh of relief was shared by all. Available in a 2-door coupe/convertible and a 4-door sedan, the M8 (F91/F92/F93) features the legendary S63 twin-turbocharged V8, also found in the M5, X5M and X6M. Boasting 591PS in the base car & 617PS in Competition spec – this was the perfect addition to BMW’s remarkable M line up.
With 0-60 time of 3.2s and a derestricted top speed of 190mph the M8 (F91/F92/F93) is nothing short of a devourer of tarmac. Built on BMWs CLAR platform, shared with as varied vehicles as the Toyota A90 Supra and the G22 4-Series, this tried and tested platform has resulted in one of BMWs finest creations to date.
